2. Donations & Contributions
All donations made through our portal are voluntary and support religious, spiritual, and social service causes (such as organizing Kathas, Bhandara sewa, and supporting spiritual education). Since donations are treated as direct contributions, they are generally non-refundable once processed.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content present on this site, including images, design motifs, audio files, videos, Shorts clips, and textual content, is the intellectual property of Shri Ram Katha. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or copying is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitations of Liability
We make every effort to display correct and up-to-date schedule and event information. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or uninterrupted site operation. We are not liable for any spiritual interpretations or technical stream errors.
5. Jurisdiction & Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
